Refund policy
Thank you for buying from our agemeds store. We understand that sometimes you may need to return items, so we are here to help. Below you will find our return policy for your purchase.
1. Returns Policy: customers have the right to return purchased items within 30 days of the date of delivery of the order. If the 30 day period has passed, unfortunately we will no longer be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Policy:
The goods must be unused and in the same condition as when they were delivered.
The goods must be in their original packaging.
A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Ineligible Items:
Gift cards
Personal hygiene products (e.g. toothbrushes, razors, etc.)
Goods with a limited shelf life (e.g. cosmetics, food, medicine)
4. Return Process:
Contact us at agemedsmail@gmail.com with your return request and reason for return.
Upon approval of the return, we will send you instructions on how to ship the item back to our warehouse.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to our warehouse.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will send you an email confirmation. If the return is approved, the money will be refunded to your original payment method.
5. Late or Missing Returns: if you have not yet received your return, please check your bank account again first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially show up. If you have already taken all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [support@agemeds.com].
6. Exchanges: only defective or damaged merchandise can be exchanged for the same product. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support at agemedsmail@gmail.com and provide details of the defect or damage, including photos. Once the exchange is approved, we will send you instructions on how to ship the item back to our warehouse and how the exchange process will work.
7. Gifts: if the item was purchased as a gift and delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, the gift credit will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift buyer had the order shipped to themselves and sent it to you at a later date, we will send the refund to the gift buyer and they will be notified of the return.
8. Return Shipping. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned merchandise.
9. Consumer Rights: Local consumer laws may provide additional rights that are not limited by this return policy. Our refund policy does not affect the consumer rights provided by applicable laws in the country in which the store is operated.
