2. Delivery time Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days from the date of order dispatch. In exceptional situations, such as unforeseen events or bad weather, delivery times may be extended.

3. Delivery services We cooperate with several reputable shipping companies such as Czech Post, PPL, DPD or GLS. You can select the shipping company of your choice when placing your order.

4. Delivery charges Delivery charges may vary depending on the chosen shipping company, the size and weight of the parcel, and the delivery address. You will be informed of the amount of the delivery fee before confirming your order.

5. Tracking Your Shipment Once you have placed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to track the location of your shipment online.

6. Personal collection If you wish, you can collect the goods in person at our premises. In this case, no delivery charges will apply. Please contact us in advance so that we can prepare the goods for you.

7. International delivery We provide international delivery to selected countries. Please check if we deliver to your country when placing your order. Delivery charges and delivery times may vary depending on the country of delivery and the shipping company chosen.

8. Customs and Import Fees Customs and import fees may apply to international orders and are not included in the price of the goods or delivery charges. These fees are your responsibility and will be charged directly by the shipping company or customs office.

9. Damaged or Missing Shipments If you receive a damaged or missing shipment, please contact us immediately. Depending on the situation, we will offer you a replacement, refund or send you the missing goods.

10. Returns and Complaints If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
